Scope
This notice covers the public, read-only Nieves Alaska Relocation plugin and its MCP endpoint. It supplements the Nieves de Alaska website privacy notice, which applies after a user chooses to leave the plugin and use the website.
Information the plugin processes
The plugin processes only the information supplied for the requested planning workflow. Depending on the tool, that may include:
- move context, housing goal, Alaska community or region, timeframe, household size, budget range, and neutral location priorities;
- purchase price, down payment, seller credit, loan type, VA use, and a yes-or-no VA funding-fee exemption assumption without asking for the reason;
- property-search preferences such as price, bedrooms, bathrooms, property type, acreage, move window, and must-have features; and
- structured handoff preferences such as the type of help requested, move type, housing goal, timeframe, target area, and maximum budget.
The public tool schemas do not include dedicated fields for a name, email address, phone number, street address, free-text contact message, payment-card data, Social Security number, credential, MFA code, government ID, biometric data, or medical record. Users should not place those details or other unnecessary sensitive information into community, timing, or property-preference fields.
How information is used
Inputs are used to generate relocation plans, neutral Alaska-area comparisons, broad closing-cost estimates, authorized property-search briefs, and privacy-preserving website handoffs. The public plugin does not create a contact record, submit a HubSpot form, send a message, book a service, move money, or change an external account.
Storage and operational data
The public plugin code does not intentionally persist tool inputs or contact identifiers, and it does not intentionally write request bodies to application logs. OpenAI processes the conversation and tool interaction under its applicable terms and privacy practices.
Vercel hosts the MCP service and may record standard request metadata and application error output, such as a timestamp, route, status code, execution region, user agent, network address, and request identifier. This project currently uses Vercel's Hobby plan, which retains Runtime Logs for one hour. No Vercel Drain is configured, so Vercel does not forward these logs to an external log destination for this plugin. If the hosting plan, retention period, or forwarding configuration changes, this notice will be updated before the changed practice is used.
Links and user-controlled handoff
The plugin can return links to Nieves de Alaska and authorized external property-search sources. It does not open those links automatically. Outbound handoff URLs contain campaign attribution only and do not include the user's target area, move type, timeframe, budget, or other planning fields. If a user opens a link, the destination's privacy notice applies. Contact information is entered only on the destination website when the user chooses to continue.
Sharing, sale, and referral services
The public plugin does not sell personal information or submit user information for a real-estate referral. If a user later requests a professional match on the Nieves de Alaska website, that separate request is handled under the website privacy notice and referral disclosure and website terms.
Security
Nieves de Alaska uses data minimization, a read-only public endpoint, explicit tool annotations, narrow widget content-security settings, HTTPS hosting, and a separate disabled write endpoint. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The plugin provides general-audience educational planning content. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly solicit their personal information. Users under 18 should use it with a parent or guardian and should not provide personal or sensitive details.
Choices and requests
Every public workflow can be used without providing contact information. Users control whether to open an external link. Requests about information held directly by Nieves de Alaska may be sent to nievesdealaska@outlook.com or made by calling 1-833-NIEVES1. Conversation or account data held independently by OpenAI or another service must be addressed to that service.
Changes
Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date before the changed data use is enabled.
